Unlike many other big box hardware stores this particular Ace was easy to navigate and the customer service was better than expected. Instead of being ignored while looking for that certain something an employee asks can I help you find something? So far all of the employees I have interacted with there have been both helpful and knowledgeable. We’re glad the store opened in our neighborhood. It’s got everything one might need for home improvement projects, gardening supplies, housewares, tools of all types and much more. Ace is the place y’all.

ACE has to be the best home improvement store ever. They always have what I am looking for, they are always helpful, the store isnt so big you get lost, and the prices are great too. Another place that is my first go to store for any home and garden things I need to keep my Bride happy.

My partner’s experience in the store was unacceptable. When she asked, “do you have a second?” trying to ask general direction for a bottle of propane. And your employee said, “You better make it quick” is outrageous. We will not be returning.
