Pretty much my go to store for most things relating to house nd yard maintenance. The staff is very helpful, which is way more important to me than the lower price in a big box store with nobody around to answer a question, let alone give a helpful advice.

I went there today 6:10pm to buy my garage opener part. The front receptionist was nice and he told me to go in aisle 10. I could not find the gear part and asked the guy near the aisle 10. He said wait a minute and busy with his desktop.I waited almost 5 minutes and one white old man came to ask him to help him. That guy answered him and told me another guy would come to help me because his time was up.I was mad and felt bad because that guy treated me like minor Asian guy not important to help. He helped the other people who came after me.I won’t go that kind of store anymore and I urge my friends who are Asians should not go to that store.
