In store payday loan requires a credit check, regardless of showing regular income.The customer service lady was was nice, but the payday loan credit check policy is ridiculous and unnecessary.There are other payday loan places that will not turn away someone with a verifiable steady income source.Credit history has no impact on a payday loan since the repayment is deducted from the income source.I do not recommend, and will not return.

Great customer service by Liz-Bet (sp?). Went into Costa Mesa location on 11-4-2020 to cash a paycheck. Had not used this type of service in decades. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. She gave me info on the debit cards available… and I signed up with one. She is to be commended for her excellent work ethic and stellar customer service. I will recommend this business, and this particular location, to those in need of their services. Thank you.
