I really dislike giving negative reviews, however, our experience at this location was less than favorable. I ordered a BBQ pit online for pick up. When we first arrived, the young girl who helped us with curb side was not very welcoming. No greeting, smile, nothing. We were then directed to the back to pick up the pit. A few men come out and once again no greeting or any type of favorable customer service. Once the pit was brought out, we discovered that there was some type of oil or grease in it. For $1000, this is not acceptable. I don’t understand how they would allow their customers to leave with a dirty product like that. I will say they have to do better than this. Fortunately, they made it easy to get a refund, but that’s not the point. We wasted time and money to walk away as unsatisfied customers.
