This is a beautiful, cozy, no-pressure environment. My husband and I just went in to get measured for our ring sizes… and left with a loose oval-cut sapphire and plans to make the ring in my head a reality. That really wouldn’t have happened if these folks had acted like typical high-end jewelry store salespeople.
