I had an amazing experience here I was torn between getting a pair of binoculars, a flashlight, a tripod and a home defense shotgun. I was greeted into the store by the sales representative Seth, very knowledgeable, polite and courteous gentleman with excellent customer service. Seth went above and beyond to show me everything that I wanted to see and answered every question with such knowledge that I was amazed. I’ve been to Abel’s twice in the past 3 years I may not have purchased a firearm this time but I definitely am proud of the purchase that I made. I will continue to be a repeat customer here, if anyone is looking for a firearm or any type of sporting good I would definitely recommend they come to Abel’s. I myself have made a 1 hour drive here to seek what I needed. Thank you Seth and thank you Abel’s for the continued excellent quality customer service. By the way I ended up getting a pair of binoculars and a flashlight.

Able’s customer care was extremely disappointing.When you visit a local business in Texas you expect fair prices and exceptional customer care. Not that when you spend over $100.00 in equipment that Able’s would charge you $35.00 service fee for mounting a scope that hopefully is going to get you on paper. I could have almost bought two boxes of ammo for that price to get me sighted in.I visited Able’s with excitement and very high expectation. The sales representative were friendly and knowledgeable. It was very disappointing to find out that my local Cabela’s has better customer treatment and does not nickel and dime the customer. I hope that Able’s addresses this policy and treats their fellow Texans with much needed loyalty and care. I hope that my co-workers, friends, family and myself can look forward to come back into Able’s doors and not worry that we are going to be taken advantage of.
