To the management of ABC Select Spirits in Ozark, AL, I experienced discrimination by an employee in your store, named Kenny, on Feb 12, 2021. You should be required to educate your employees on the The Americans with Disabilities Act, and since you’ve failed to do so, you can expect ramifications from myself due to the humiliation your employee caused me. Kenny denied me service unless I either returned my service dog to my car, or presented papers proving her role. It baffles me that employees are so very ignorant of the federal laws that protect citizens with disabilities. He was completely out of line in denying me service & broke the law by demanding papers on my dog. Since you haven’t found it prudent to educate yourself or your employees, here’s a quick summary of how your business can avoid another costly lawsuit in the future:When entering a store/building that is not dog-friendly, there are only two questions that staff may ask before admitting a person and their service animal:“Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?”“What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?”They also cannot ask for proof of disability or proof of service dog training!

I didn’t hate it but it’s not the ABC Sports store. I don’t drink and if you see me coming out of one the world is at hand and I’ve seen some of those Trinity’s in revelation.

Good friendly store they have a nice selection of spirits to choose from. They often have new items that curious people might would like to try. The staff is friendly and helpful. An all around good clean store.
