They returned my beautiful rug with this damage to the edge! I’m very upset as they want me to pay for them to fix what they caused! Rishi deniesdamaging my carpet but it did not have shreds and tears like this when he picked it up! We paid soooo much money to have my most special rug cleaned and they had the nerve to return it looking like this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Why risk it?

Awful experience!! Don’t buy from them.. Let them close their store in down town!!Bought two mini carpets from them, sizing-wise they did not work out. I asked Simon prior to purchase, I might have to return Themis the sizing did not work out. He said it is totally fine and pretended that he is giving me a great price, I brought them back less than 24hrs with the tag on, the store manager said, another person, they cannot return them since they are final sales. I am very very disappointed with their poor and dishonest customer service.

Me and my wife have had an expensive rug which we had bought from Turkey and had been in our house for last 20 years .we were very disappointed as someone had thrown red wine all over the rug and we tried our best to clean it but couldn’t . Abc rugs owner Rishi came to our rescue he and his team not only gave us excellent service but also provided us with a clean rug . He was telling me his family has been in business of rugs and carpet cleaning for over 35 years and takes pride in there service .. thank you Rishi and Abc rugs .. I will be sending some more refferals your way
