I walked into the store and couldn’t even see an employee for 10 minutes. I tried calling for help, but they were all laughing in the back room. When I was finally helped, the worker looked very unprofessional. I almost thought he was just another person in the store. They knew nothing about what they were talking about when I wanted a computer. When I finally decided on a computer, it took way to long to even get me started with the process. I took my business to Rent-A-Center and was helped as soon as I walked though the door. I was walked straight to the computer section with a breakdown of exactly what I was asking for. They even gave me a good discount for being a new customer. The whole process took 30 minutes. If I were you. Save your time and money and take your business to Rent-A-Center. Leave Aaron’s alone.
