Lakita and Alexis (hope I spelt both names right ) were very helpful to my mother and I.It started the day before when Lakita was very patient with me to find a bed in store for my mother. She is recovering from passed health issues and is going through physical therapy. Lakita was gracious enough to even measure how high the bed was from the ground for me.I’m bringing my mother of a nursing home today and they were so kind as to take our unique circumstance and allow us to sign documents at home (their idea, not mine). Alexis even mentioned that they were taking into consideration the safety of my elderly mother’s health regarding the covid outbreak.I thanked her and asked her to pass on my gratitude to Lakita as well.It’s so rare to find people in customer service that actually care!Thank you Aaron’s for your outstanding customer service and especially thank you to Lakita and Alexis who went above and beyond expectations!!!Ps.
