My experience has been horrible since the moment I stepped into the store. The girl that helped me at the counter,(Vallejo location) her level of skill/service was so bad, I was nice because I felt so bad for her. It took me over two hours to complete an order for sectional couches.Time for delivery: Aaron;s delivery window is between 11am-6pm. a window of 7 hours. I waited until 3:30pm to called get an ETA since it was already halfway through the delivery window. I called the Vallejo store, and the same girl that assisted me answered the phone, I spoke to her very politely and asked if she had an ETA and she said we only one truck, so you should know that means, and you’re the fourth stop. I said okay well thanks for the info.it is now 635pm and I have yet to receive a phone call giving me a status, I’m upset, frustrated, and now unsure if my order is coming,whoever is working dispatch failed to manage customer communication, I should have gotten a courtesy call to let me know my delivery will be after 5pm,6pm 7pm This is not the fact that the product is taking till 7pm, its the fact that nobody cared enough to call and let me know. it s now 7:13pm driver just called and stated he will be here by 7:50pm. so my day has been wasted just sitting here waiting, and all they could have done was call, because im sure the had sense that my order was going to be last! its not rocket science.

I have bought 4 items from Aaron’s in Woodland, CA when I lived there in the past. I had mostly good experiences there when I bought 2 beds, a kitchen table, and a laptop. I even recommended Aaron’s to family and friends, but no more. . Since I live in Vacaville now, I ordered online for a new laptop from the Vallejo, CA store. I placed the order on 02/09/21; 5 weeks ago. The order# was E1684584 and I received an email stating that the store would contact me in 2-3 days. After 2 weeks of not hearing a word from Aaron’s and after an incident involving Aaron’s; I called to cancel my order. Every time I talk to anyone at the Aaron’s store in Vallejo, they are rude and aggressive. I called to tell them that I wanted to cancel my order for two reasons. One reason is because they had not contacted me about my order for 2 weeks when it was supposed to be 2-3 days. And the other reason is because at the same time; one of the beds we had bought from Aaron’s fell completely apart and we had to buy a new bed elsewhere. Aaron’s had set up the bed and so we did not know that there were parts missing underneath it and it was not put together right so we cancelled for those two reasons and for their rudeness. They said back then that they had cancelled my laptop order and that I would not be charged. Now, 5 weeks later I received a call from them today telling me that my bill is past due. What bill? I cancelled the order long ago. Once again, I told them that I had cancelled the order and they said they would look at it and get back to me, but they never do. I have asked to speak to a manager on 5 occasions and they never call me back. I told them that at this point, I need them to send me an email confirming that I do not have a bill, that I cancelled my order, and to not dare put it on my credit report or I will sue them in small claims court and I mean it. Horrible experience.
