This was a crazy experience. I ordered my item over the internet. They never contacted me about the item so I attempted to call the store myself. I couldn’t get through to anyone (the phone just rang) so I went up there. There was a lady at the register that knew absolutely nothing. The manager wasn’t there and when she got there she said she cancelled my order because I didn’t answer her when she called the problem is, I had no missed calls from her. Eventually, about 3 days later I got my item. I won’t be renting anything else from them. Plus the location is pretty ghetto.
