I called a few times and was told the gm was tied up and I had 1 payment left on a tv and that I would be given a call back nobody called back and and an employee said my account was closed…. this was so upsetting I have never been so let down after paying all those payments people struggle and can’t pay sometimes but to have 1 payment left and be told we don’t have an account under that name is so crooked I sent the tv off to be repaired and never heard from them I’ve lost so much respect for this place but it is what it is….
