I’m a new customer and when they told me they were going to deliver it today (5/9/20) around 5 pm I was waiting since 12 pm afternoon. I had to call to see what’s up. Turns out by the time I looked outside the Aaron’s truck was on the other side of the street and left but never received a phone call from them. Then I called the main office and told them what happened, then she say’s I have to wait til Monday to reschedule !This is how they treat new customers?Believe me this is the last time I rent from this place once I pay off my rental. I don’t recommend this place!
