Have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Never once have I had an issue until now. My couches that I have leased from them have started to peel. Tried contacting manager for two months. Always was gone or not available. Finally was to get something from him by sending an email then nothing until I go into store. Says there is nothing they can do since manufacturer warranty has expired. Referred to contract: if they cannot fix or repair, they have to replace with equal or lesser value. Crickets again. Lawsuit is being started for breach of contract. Never buy here. Go to Atlanta rent a center instead.

Went in to get there service people to fix a problem with my washer and dryer I bought there ,to spend over a hour having to talk to the GE people myself to find out that I would have to call enother co to try to service sence my warranty was out with G E and there people are backed up over a month to get them to fix both of them. I was told that anything I still owed on was always on warranty if you buy from Aaron. Not true. Doesn’t make me feel to safe buying from Aarons again.
