If I could rate this place -5 stars I would. Complete scammers. They will prey on you in the most desperate of times and get you to sign up for the club membership and WONT do anything for you when the time comes. If you ever call them and communicate anything IT IS ALMOST GUARANTEED THEY WILL NOT NOTE YOUR ACCOUT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE THING TODAY, AND have another person call you EVERY OTHER DAY as if he has no idea what happened or that you called. HOW HARD IS IT TO COMMUNICATE TO EACH OTHER OR NOTE AN ACCOUNT??? VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I have had the final straw and will never rent from this place again. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CHECK ELSEWHERE!
