We got a new living suit and when it arrived it was dirty it had stains and the recliners were bent so they didn’t open or closed right. They did give our money back but when I said come get them they didn’t show up when they said and they did come the next day said it would be morning time they came at 12 they were so rude. It was like they were mad to be here. They did even care about scratching floors they did care how they handled they furniture. Just RUDE!!! Never again will we use Aaron’s in Talladega again!!

They came into my house to pickup a TV and washer and dryer without me or my husband (the owners of the house). They came in when my housekeeper was coming in to check on everything.
