They have poor service as far as respecting their customers go. I was accused of having bed bugs in the bed we got from them. Now they are calling my family members liars. That is disrespectful especially where I had proof I didn’t have bed bugs. And even more disrespectful to mouth of at your customers calling them liars and all that. If yall dont do something about your employees, me and my family will.
