This is an awful place to do business!!!!!!! My dad left his phone in the business. They answered my Dad’s phone and it was his brother in law! They told them where it was and then when my dad went to get the phone it was gone and apparently someone picked it up. Well let me just say this, you never give anyone else’s phone to someone else regardless of who they claim to be! You are lucky because it was my dad’s brother in law. But the fact you just let someone have his phone without even confirming is a huge red flag!!!!!!!!! My dad had absolutely no knowledge of you giving his phone to someone else, until he made an appearance to pick his phone up from your store! I would have made a police report and there would have been a huge problem for your business had this not turned out well!! You need to seriously address your staff and correct this immediately!

Lack of explaining how did payments go and I will not be back after I finish paying off my product if I finish paying my product off and I would recommend people go to other rental places instead of errands cuz they will take your money
