I hardly know where to begin! My family was proud to be members of triple A until they decided to not allow me to renew my membership! Ask me why! Well, unfortunately they allow their memebers to use a certain amount of road side services and I used what I paid for and that was a no no for them! They have quarterly meetings that allow them to review the members and because the majority of my usage was roadside services they cut me off and when I needed to get a hotel savings discount with triple A I was told I was not allowed to use the benefit and I had to wait to speak to Mr. Weaver who let me know that they have the right to decide who they do business with and they can’t afford to pay a large amount of roadside assistance! “If you go to a restaurant and order chicken parmigiana and eat the entire plate they don’t tell your you can’t come back because you keep eating all of your food and not to return because of how much it costs them to serve that dish!”Meanwhile my mother in law and brother pay ever year and barely use the benefits at all so doesn’t that make up for me using what I’m paying for! Not to mention I was in my way to a funeral after having a death in my family in Long Island and ran over a nail and I could have used my triple A but they don’t want to pay for it although millions of ppl are paying them and like my brother barley use it! What a rip off! I am no victim and I pray that I get blessed with the finances to never be without during the time of emergency because I can’t be allowed a membership renewal with the sad excuse of a business! Thanks for reading I can tell you really have a heart of Gold
