Very responsive – had an appointment Friday afternoon, the estimate within an hour and the job was started and finished Monday morning. Danny & Doug were professional and my repair was high quality. I’ve worked with Alex at A step above flooring in the past and have gotten excellent service. Im now working with Fred and again the worked performed is beautiful. I’ve had other people work on my house but by far the men that have put in our floors and painted the baseboards did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring. The work is exceptional! The men were timely, professional, did the job with no issues. I can only say thank you for the excellent job. Now I’m hoping to put granite in the kitchen. I will not have anyone else do the job but them. They are worth every penny! I’m completed satisfied and happy!
