Our 5-Step fit process typically takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes, during which we conduct a digital foot scan, which analyzes your foot and arch length, height and pressure points, analyze your foot strike using a treadmill and video cameras and make appropriate footwear recommendations from the over 200 running shoe styles we carry. I LOVE A Snail’s Pace! On this visit Elliot was our sales consultant it was absolutely a pleasure to be helped with such professionalism. It was a very smooth experience and he went above and beyond to provide all the information necessary to make the best selection. All of the Associates in the store seem to be on the same page and are all knowledgeable and helpful. In the era of coveid19 it’s clean, safe and well organized.

Had a great experience at the Brea store. My friend had been telling me about this for a while. I finally started training regularly and knew I needed the right shoes to avoid injuries. I made an appointment at the store and was placed “in line” with just a couple people ahead of me.Once inside, I was walked through the process that was fun and informative. Ended up with an excellent pair of shoes that fit and perform great.I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

I have always had great experiences with staff here in finding the best running shoe for my needs. Recently visited with my husband to find a shoe with better support/stability for him. (He is NOT a runner, but struggles with no cartilage in his left ankle.) The staff member who assisted was very knowledgeable about the shoe brands and models, suggesting some options for more stability, support and cushioning. So far the shoe selected has helped tremendously and provided significant pain relief. Appreciate the staff’s knowledge and efforts in finding the right shoe that meets the customer’s needs!
