I was in need of a standard part for an appliance. After waiting over a month from a major company, I contacted A-OK and received the part within a week. They provided friendly, courteous service. The part was delivered via UPS and I was back in business in less than an hour. If you are in need of appliance parts I would definitely recommend A-OK!

I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO OWN THIS SMALL BUSINESS!!!!!!!!I don’t know where to begin. On January 8th I had a service call because my dishwasher was broken. I wanted to support a local small business instead of a giant corporation like GE Appliance Repair. That was a HUGE mistake.The first repair technician came over and made his diagnosis. The user interface on the dishwasher was bad and needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and when it came in I was scheduled on Tuesday, January 12th. The appliance technician came back. After about ten minutes of working on the dishwasher he let me know that he didn’t know how to take apart the machine! I was baffled! An appliance repair shop that can’t even take apart a simple GE dishwasher?!? I called back to the office and they reassured me that they would send over a tech that was able to work on GE machines.If I owned a small business and had a little bit of pride in my company I would make sure the employees had the proper training to repair the machines you send them to fix!!!The office rescheduled me for Thursday January 14th. I received a phone call that morning canceling the appointment because the repair technician that could fix the machine called in sick.I was rescheduled for Friday, January 15th. Another repair technician shows up and after 15 minutes he tells me he cannot figure out how to dismantle a simple GE dishwasher. I almost lost it. I call back to the office and they reassure me that they will send me their “best repair technician “. I was scheduled with him for on Tuesday January 26th.So the only employee they have that can properly work on a dishwasher shows up. I was feeling confident that this machine that has been out of service since the beginning of the month will be repaired. He let me know that he did not diagnose the machine and he would do what he could. The user interface was replaced and the machine still didn’t work. Ok, I can deal with this. He is probably the only competent employee that works at A-Ok. He diagnosed the machine and ordered another part. I was scheduled for Friday, January 29th for this repair.On the morning of January 29th A-Ok calls me up to let me know they would have to cancel the appointment. At this point I was almost waiting on them for a month to fix a dishwasher! I couldn’t believe it! I spoke to from what I believe was the manager on the phone and told him that I’m finished with them and I want my money back. I paid $150 to a local business to repair a machine when their employees have absolutely no training. I would be embarrassed to own this small business or even work here.The manager agrees that this is a little ridiculous and agreed to refund me my payment. I was told by him he would call me back around noon to verify the refund went through to my credit card. 2pm rolls around and no phone call. I called back to A-Ok and when I talked to the receptionist on the phone she had no clue what I was talking about. After this point I just decided to initiate a charge back with the credit card company.I would avoid this business at all costs if I were you. I would have had a working dishwasher weeks ago if I just used GE Appliance Repair. I’m pretty sure that GE trains their employees.

I don’t know where to begin With how bad this company is, they sent a technician out, them no one got back to me , I called them two weeks later they said they forgot about me, then some one called me said she was sourcing the parts two more weeks go by I call themBack and they said the parts are no longer in stock and that they forgot to tell me seriously stay away from this place
