Recently purchased an item from Little Bird. The customer service experience was great and I loved the item. However after the first time washing the item which was the same day of purchase, the item came out of the wash with FOUR different tears. I took the item along with my receipt back to the shop the very next day. The girl remembered me and couldn’t believe what had happened. I told her I understood the receipt saying no returns on damaged items but it shouldn’t have torn just from washing it. I work in customer service and honesty and customer satisfaction goes a long way. She took pictures and sent them to management. Management responded.. no returns on damaged items. I asked for the manager’s number but she wasn’t allowed to give me that info. I did leave my number for management to call me. Several days passed so I decided to call the shop to speak to the manager. She was out of the office but had been in earlier that morning. I asked if by chance she got my message to call me. The girl was unsure so she texted her. The manager again stated that no returns are allowed on damaged items. Again I asked would she please call me. I have yet to hear a word from the manager.

Contacted them more than once about an item that I purchased that was defected (no item should be torn to shreds after one wash before even having a chance to wear it) and has yet to hear back from the owner. Very poor communication skills and in my opinion very terrible for business.
