5 stars to regular carriers of route 7 as they are always timely, accurate and go as far as to put packages inside. 1 star is for whomever pressed attempted to deliver my item at a time that I was right outside; just so it didn’t look like a fail for Amazon. Yet, there was no one around anywhere attempting to deliver a package. I was also outside before and after the time. I had one package delivered a couple hours prior and seen the person deliver it. Now I have to pick this item up which completely defeats the purpose of ordering online and having it delivered. Not that you guys care AT ALL, but it really screws up my plans and at this point I don’t need the product since going to the store will save me more time at this point especially given your hours to the public.

The Waterford, NY, post office needs to hire a delivery person for weekends that is honest and does his/her job.I was scheduled to get a delivery today before 9 p.m., and when checking the status at 4:07 p.m., it indicates they attempted at 7:08 p.m., and I can now pick it up instead.I’ve also experienced them indicating someone was delivered 2 hours prior, when I saw him walk it up to my door.Unbelievable!

The new lady behind the desk is very difficult to deal with and is rather mean. Thankfully the man who also works in that job is caring, friendly, and competent. He gets 5 stars.
