I had an AMAZING experience here yesterday! I went here to upgrade my new iPhone to the newest Pro Max and had the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Ever Campos assisted me with my new upgrade and he answered all my questions, showed me new features new to T-Mobile and the iPhone and overall had an amazing attitude. Super friendly, super helpful, just a great total experience. The other sales people on the floor were also great. I absolutely recommend coming to this location if you are a T-Mobile user in the 805 area. 10/10 experience no doubt.

I felt my specific needs were met, they tailored the plan to what I wanted and requested. I didnt feel a lot of pressure to get something I wasn’t interested in, but the store employee Ever explained all the plans to me. He was patient and extremely helpful. We got everything set up in one visit. I really enjoyed the clean environment where the store was located. Ever also explained everything to me very thoroughly.

The Paseo Nuevo Store was great! Actually, Ever Campos to be more specific. He helped my son and I switch over from Verizon. His customer service and kindness was impeccable. He guided us through the transfer process and my son and left very knowledgeable and happy about the change of carriers. He showed us our options without any pressure. Great place! Great Guy!
