This review is based on how good the seamstress/alterations person is. She’s funny, communicative, professional and does an awesome job. Can’t say the same about the hostess/receptionist where alterations are. She’s very confused, mixed up our appointment and added stress to an already stressful situation. Made us sit outside for 30minutes, didn’t want to open the door. Terrible experience with her.
