They sent me a $229 jacket with unfortunate defective stitching in the sleeve. If I cut the stitching off, the seam would open. Rather than offer to replace it or offer compensation they got back to me super quick and simply told me to take my issue up via the warranty. Not buying anything from them again after the grand I spent in the last few months. I thank them for putting me on notice that I should buy elsewhere. I’m ok with spending more knowing customer service is part of a companies business model (Fusalp, Moncler, etc, here I come).

this location is smaller, but way neater and well staffed. i was actually able to walk into a clean changing room, and try on my masses of arctic gear. it was also nicely organized so i didn’t have to go digging for my size. also found more deals here than the bigger store in RC.
