I took my Pixel 3 in to have the battery replaced. Steven and Oscar were great. They told me about an hour which it was. There is a nearby shopping center to get coffee, food or browse around. I went to Lowes. They replaced my battery and my phone works great, couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.For reference I took a previous phone to a no name shop in San Francisco and they broke my phone which is why I ended up getting the Pixel 3

Love the service called me when done. They were polite and professional. I had my screen fix for my Nintendo switch. Now it took 3 weeks just because of shipping delay of parts. So I can’t blame them. My switch came out great.You also get a 90 day warranty just incase if something went wrong so good deal. So my advice to call ahead if you need your screen fixed. By doing that they can order the part ahead of time before your appointment. The part normally takes 4 to 7 days to arrive.
