I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 10 years over the years I’ve had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. My boyfriend and I went in for an upgrade and a number transfer. It truly was a positive experience. We were greeted right away. The rep. Austin was professional and knowledgeable. Very patient with our not so tech savvy selves. I give this AT&T location a thumbs up and Austin an A+

Chris was the best. I came in with a broken screen and Chris pulled up my account and explained how I could have a better set-up (phone, pad and TV) for not much more money -Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. (They risked life and limb by putting the Giants game on for me while I waited).Chris and all the crew there helped to get me going.As crazy as the world is just now it was nice to have an “old-fashioned“ customer service experience. Thanks fellows! You deserve a raise.
