Good location, plenty of street parking. This location has a great setting area inside but cannot be used during pandemic, no outdoor seating. Friendly service, coffee as always very good. Decently sized retail section to purchase coffee tools and accessories. Don’t forget to order waffle

Honestly, my favorite coffee place to go. Their avocado toast is by far the best I’ve ever had and they don’t use all the sugar and preservatives in their coffee as some of the bigger chains. My favorite is the New Orleans with oat milk, which is a cold brew, but not as bitter as some of the other cold brews I’ve tasted. I would highly recommend.
