Service was great. I had plenty of time to try out different mattresses, including some fancy ones that were outside my budget range. The sales rep I was working with, Caleb, showed a lot of flexibility and patience while configuring my order (+/- foundation, +/- outlet for different components, etc.), so I’m pretty satisfied with the final purchase that was submitted today.I tried various brands of memory foam, hybrids, inner-spring and whatever Purple is considered. You might want to call or check online ahead of time if you have a certain brand in mind (not sure if some are online-only through their company-specific website).
