I love this place because I can easily get things for my cats. Their employees are very nice, and I like their safety precautions. They offer a very wide variety of toys, litter, bowls, shampoo, and many other things. If you are going out please remember to wear a mask correctly, and please social distance. Stay safe!

The most excellent customer service at this store on Nave Dr in Novato, CA. It has always been the case in the past but due to a now long-term health crisis I have not been in the store for awhile. This time a staff member named Jaryd provided the most welcoming, affable, and knowledgeable customer service beyond reproach. At a difficult time for this senior citizen (me) it was wonderful and very appreciated experience. I thank him for his help nor can anyone imagine my personal down state of mind at the time. His efforts assisted me with everything I needed, his skills are remarkable. Please commend and praise him for me and for the benefit of the Pet Food Express organization as a whole.
