The experience was amazing. Kelly and Robert were extremely helpful and polite. Robert showed us around the facility and gave us all the necessary information needed to make moving in our items easy. Kelly knew her job extremely well and made everything clear to understand when it came to getting a unit. She was nice to help us out with the promos and very social throughout our entire interaction. I would highly recommend this storage to any friends and family who may be looking to store items. The facility is also very secure which was another highlight. 10/10 would recommend West Coast self storage!!

I was helped by Jasmine, she was so helpful. I was a little tired from just leaving work. I almost left with out looking at the storage unit I had just paid for. Jasmine was very friendly and walked me through the facilities. They have a restroom on the third floor and one on the ground level. Very convenient and clean, when having to go. I want to thank the staff for always being friendly and very helpful when it comes to customer service. Thank you

I think the service here is great! Jasmine the manager is extremely helpful and very professional. I think the facility feels safe and I have no concerns about my belongings being stored here. This is the best storage facility I have seen around.
