Thanks for wasting half an hour of a nurses time.

It is apparent that the staff at this location do not want to be there.

This place has the most amazing toothpaste, diapers and shaving cream.

I wanted to give this CVS location a chance but I have been continually let-down by not only their poor selection of products but also the customer service (or lack thereof). It is apparent that the staff at this location do not want to be there. Save yourself the hassle (and headache!) and opt for the Rite-aid right across the street – you’ll have a much better experience.

My wife was trying to get an urgent Rx filled, after waiting a full day for them to “call us back as soon as her prescription was ready, we called when they opened and were told the pharmacist was not in and they were the only ones who could help us and to call back in half an hour. When we called back we were told the pharmacist was at lunch and to call back in half an hour. When we called back we were told the pharmacist had just gone to lunch and to please call back in half an hour as no one but the pharmacist could help us. Long story longer, we are now on day three and the pharmacist is still at lunch whenever we try to call. Apparently CVS pharmacists have 8 hour lunch breaks and since no one else who works in the pharmacy knows anything about working in a pharmacy, I don’t see a point in anyone trying to get a Rx filled at this place. Maybe they are trying to increase their aspirin sales by being the largest headache in the business. Save yourself the pain and don’t try to fill your prescriptions here. I know in the future I won’t be.

Phone call to CVS gave no info other than more useless sites to look up , where no contact info was provided! No live person came on when I called the info line that were all recordings , who could not understand me , so I hung up !
