Best customer service ever!! Been to a lot of At&t stores before and this one has the best service ever! All the employees are great and Eddie is a shining star! He is patient, kind and really listens to your needs! Nothing better than a customer service person who is a good listener! Please go to this store, even if the drive is a little extra – there’s good parking and great humans here!!

This is a waste of time. The people cannot help with any issue I’ve come in for. I’ve been in this store 5 times or more and it’s always the same. They tell you to go online, when that is the first thing you do before entering the store. They don’t try looking up your account. They do not dig into your issue to tell you what is wrong or how to fix it. They charge 14+% tax.

Eddie helped me and was absolutely amazing!!! He was extremely patient and helpful. I was upgraded my phone and he even went and showed me the new colors the iPhone had online and let me see all of them. He even explained the memory portion and helped me decide if I wanted more storage or not. He took his time and helped set up my new phone and put on the screen protector for me. He didn’t seem bothered with my phone taking a long time or that I messed up and had to restart the phone process. He explained things to me too! Very sweet and helpful!!!!Thank you Eddie!!!!!
