I went to get my first major tattoo done here by Alex last night. It was an amazing experience. First, the studio was very clean and inviting. Everyone wore masks and was respectful of COVID guidelines.As for Alex and his work, I was super nervous and he never made me feel bad about it. He drew the picture over again 3 times until it was to my liking without complaint—he has a really good, calming energy. As far as the actual work, the tattoo looks incredible. The lettering is thin and perfect and the shading is unbelievable. The other employee (unsure of name) who was there was the perfect hype man too. Very positive energy. Would recommend this place, and Alex, to anyone

I have been going to Fortified Tattoos for years getting All kinds of work from my sleeve or a rib tattoo done by Jameson, Chase and a lot of his amazing visiting artists over the years. The shops ambience is amazing and well taken care of. This shop puts the health and cleansiness of everyone first. They are very professional and friendly which always has me coming back.. I know during these times it could be scary to get a tattoo but if you are there’s no other place better than Fortified Tattoos. I highly recommend setting up appointment and talk with them about the idea u have.

Great shop and fantastic artists. While some shops can feel cliquey and kind of intimidating, Jamison and Chase are welcoming and chill. There’s no sense of judgement at Fortified. Just artists who are trying to produce great work, have fun, and help you get the best tattoo.
