Our phone broke and needed to see if it was possible to fix as all of my business is done with my phone. Given the circumstance, we came in without an appointment and there was no one in the store. However, they refused to help me because I “didn’t have an appointment”. It was 10:15 am and the store manager name Ali said he had customer coming in for an Appointment at 11:00am. It was only 10:15am and yet they still refused to help. He covered up his name badge and then refused to provide his last name. He was extremely rude saying that he wouldn’t help us today and that the other service agent was not allowed to help either. I then went to another Verizon store in Oak View without an appointment and they helped me promptly. If you are looking for quality service and a team that understands what “customer service” means, take your business to Verizon in Oak View. We will never go to Verizon on S Mills again and I hope management sees this post and sends Ali. back for management training.

i Order a phone and got my order canceled on 2 separate occasions, with no notification and the second was the same, WHY are u going to email me my order has been canceled without no update as to why and when i call, i cant even get an answer as to why, but lets do order it again and WHAT HAVE A 3RD CANCEL OF MY ORDER!?!?!?
