The girl I found that finally helped us was very polite but it seemed like a couple of people didn’t really want to be bothered by us and scurried off. It’s close to my house so it’s my place to go for needs so it’s not like I’m going to stop shopping there but when possible I will go across town.

Some employees are great but when looking for something not in stock some stare at you like you are asking for something that does not exist. Is kind of limited in woods and or wood display and return policy for plants is akward they want back the bucket/can and label of the dead three when was purchased a month or less time.
