I was at the shoe deptartment yesterday (5/22/2021) from around 1-2 pm. I’m leaving a good review specifically because the guy working behind the shoe counter was extremely professional and cool under pressure. It was clear that they were short staffed (I believe there were only 2 employees in the shoe dept.) and while I was there a line of customers, all needing shoes from the back, formed behind me. When it was my turn I wasn’t pressured to hurry and make a decision and experienced nothing but great customer service. All while there was little to no AC on a 80+ degree day. Seriously, someone give this man a raise.
