Easy to order on line and do curbside pickup. Good variety.

Placed an online order for a bidet toilet seat. Was ready for pick up within the next hour. 2 separate lines for returns and pick up. Pick up had to wait for an associate for 5-10 minutes but was able to pick up and go in less than 5 minutes once we got help. Once home though, found that someone stole the bidet and replaced it with a basic toilet seat in the box. Tried calling but no answer so ended up going into the store to do an exchange. They were busy and the phones were ringing non-stop. Main focus is on customers in store. Lute and Jess at customer service helped me out and got me my item right away. Thank you so much.

This Lowe’s is cool never to busy and plenty of parking! But don’t expect to get allot of help not by very knowledgeable employees! It seems to be it’s never their department! Cracks me up!
