After the death of my Sister, my Brother and sister in law sent me a plant arraignment in a basket. She ordered it from Terry’s florist online whom then hired a subcontractor, Oak Creek Florist 4966 Pacheco Blvd., suite A, Martinez, CA 94553. To already be grieving and then receive an arrangement that was half dead only added to my grief, it’s like receiving black roses. This arrangement was carelessly thrown together! The plants mostly limp and broken were loosing leaves the day they arrived. Over half of the plants died in the next week, I couldn’t revive them. They were shoved into the basket several inches above the basket which caused the water added to run off of the arraignment onto my table. In these overwhelming days with the pandemic you would think a business would want to survive not put out such poor quality arrangements. And then to charge almost $100 for this mess? They should be embarrassed.
