Dony trust what they say over the phone.My doctor put a prescription into Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy called me for the first time yesterday and told me I had to pick it up by closing time today or it would be put back in to stock. I arrived today at 4:40 PM but they said they already put it back into stock. It’s very annoying to do what they said and still not get my prescription.

Not very professional, and staff don’t seem well-trained. I’m trying to pay with a gift card and I’ve literally been waiting for 15 minutes. Edit: they couldn’t accept the gift card. One star.

Not pleasant. Most times there’s nowhere near enough cashiers on registers or at customer service. I’ve had to wait for twenty minutes, on multiple occasions, to have a department associate assist me in their own department. They seem to always have some really important gossip to share about each other, with each other, instead of helping the customer. Coming to this Walmart feels like a punishment for something I had to have done horribly in a past life.
