Since the Ralphs on pico is closing I decided to try the Ralphs on century and olympic and I didn’t like at all. There was no cashier service on the one person seating there was at the cashier and when I asked him if he’s open he was on hid cell ignoring the fact his has a customer and rudely replied no go to self checkout then went back on his cellphone. When you’re at the self checkout no body is there to help you and to get their attention you have to waive and ask loudly for them to even respond. I don’t recommend this ralphs at all.

Produce is covered with mold. Vegetables are slimy. HALF of the delivered orders have come with some items this way. Then I spend 30 minutes on the phone getting a refund — and they tell me to let my shopper know I don’t want moldy fruit! What is going on? Are they dumping rotten produce on their delivery orders? Or is this a simple mistake they make again and again?
