On our experience at Lowe’s, we were looking for a big enough container to hold our items for our upcoming Wedding. After searching through many containers, and also measuring them to need to be at least 16 inches. We find the perfect one, but no lid. So, we ask Sales associate Alex to help in locating a lid. He searched high and low, as just as we were about to give up, he finds one. He not only saved the day for my fiancé and I, but I saw how he assisted another female customer before us. Christmas selection completely picked over. Went to find other regular type of supplies and couldn’t find anyone to help. After we had given up and 2 different associates past us they didn’t offer help or acknowledge us as other similar stores would. We did however find a sweet baby Yoda nightlight!

Pros:Clean store. Super helpful employees.Cons:Not their fault, but the store is next to a concentrated homeless area in town and they use the handicapped stall. Bummer for when a wheelchair, buying customer needs to use it.
