The first two salesmen that I dealt with were very efficient and informative. After I decided to get the car and was led to the waiting area to do the paper work, everything stopped!!! I had to wait for over an hour just to do the paperwork. I looked in on the people working in that area, there were at least three women not with customers just sitting talking to each other. I think that is so rude, to let a customer who is essentially paying your salary sit for over an hour while they catch up on each others lives. I will not buy there again unless I can be assured of a more efficient closing.

They assured me the car I picked had no issues based off a 16 point inspection. They ran my credit, I was waiting for them to find the car at their parking lot for an hour. And then they gave it to my WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON!!!! Like have a nice day with a 17k lemon, thanks a lot Scott!!!!
