Very happy with my vacuum purchase. They taped handles onto the product so it was easy to carry through the mall. Great to buy from them in the store because they take care of product registration right then and there.

Dyson makes an impeccable product but I’ve never been to a retail store more slow, inefficient, and ultimately pointless. This should all be done online in 5 minutes but Dyson can’t get their online inventory in sync so you have to come in.
