I was pretty insulted by the manager last time I went. I was walking out the door and he said goodbye to me so I stopped to say goodbye. We chatted for a sec and he couldn’t stop looking at my purse. He’d look at me then my purse, then me then my purse, and so on…I was thinking..what is he doing, how rude! I was thinking…this guy is over the top! Lol! Anyway, I said goodbye and walked out. I glanced at my purse and my phone was sitting sideways in the outer pocket. It made the outer pocket push out. It was sitting pretty awkward. Anyway, maybe that was distracting to him? Enough though that he kept looking at it? It was just very uncomfortable. Weird. I’ll still go back because they have great prices on sunglasses and sometimes the sunglasses are buy one and get the 2nd pair for half off! That’s what gets me there!

Today was nightmare. My girlfriend bought a purse and wanted to return it.Bought it 1.19.2021 and due to a defect of the purse she wants to return it.The nightmare started when she spoke to the salesperson named Rosa. She told my gf that she cannot return it because there is small stain on the purse. That is why my GF was returning it. She didn’t notice when she bought it until she got home. Rosa argued with her and told her she cannot accept it and told her to go home and clean it and maybe she accept the return. OMG! Really. My GF then asked for the manager. The manager said we need to check the CAMERA! ( to make sure she bought it there! ) My GF has the receipt and has shown them several time and has shopped here many times! Why the camera? This is racial profiling I believe. Very bad for business. We are going to contact the corporate office to file a formal complaint.

I frequent this location, however the staff is atrocious! They are rude and disrespectful to say the least. They become defensive when confronted and deny basic customer service needs regularly. They need fresh faces with better attitudes at this location.
