Enter store.Daughter, Oh I forgot a mask….It’s just a quick pickup. Cashier you have to wear a mask, daughter. I am covering my face with my sweatshirt. Cashier, sorry that’s not a mask. Daughter, it’s material. Disgruntled 10 mins. later, enter store with mask from Target. End of 70$ sale….cashier, You get a free box of 10 masks with you’re purchase….????? Silly rules Sally’s Beauty…..

I’ve came into this location numerous times have had a great experience being helped by Anna.Today I was helped by Jasmine. Whose customer service was sh*t , and whom wasn’t knowledgeable of the stores products. Her advice made my hair turn GREEN ! Turns out she prides herself to be store manager. I hope corporate or her district manager reconsider who they have running that location.
