So Michael, what about Edwardo who on Feb. 17, 2021, at about 1:00 p.m,. told me he had to disconnect our phone conversation about my trouble call and reboot his equipment in order to create a work order; that he would call me back in an hour but never called back and apparently did not put in a trouble ticket. When I reached someone the next day they told me Edwardo had made no notes and there was no trouble ticket. Did Edwardo lie or what?Anyway please do reach out to me, Michael, by phone if you have solutions for this incredibly poor internet. It’s working again right now at 11:15 a.m. after phone and internet being down since 3:45 p.m. yesterday, 2/21. I am not engaged with Twitter nor do I use Facebook Messenger. I am in Fall River Mills. You should be able to find me in your system. I will not post my email or phone on this public forum.

The people are super nice. Having frontier internet is sortaIke stepping back to 1997 though (sometimes). So if you want to see what it’s like to time travel this is one way. I do hope they can buy some more towers or do what it is they do that makes staying connected a possibility. In a world where we are forced to use internet we need reliability more than ever. I for one would be ok if we didn’t have to use it to do normal day to day tasks. But that’s not the case anymore. I hope this company can catch up a bit because the people that work for it are great. Sending my best for better connectivity one day. I trust that will be in the near future
